All prints are produced to order, checked carefully in the studio, and packaged to arrive in perfect condition. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for print purchases made through warner‑tatephotography.com or in the Stornoway gallery.
1. Made‑to‑Order Prints
All prints are produced individually when an order is placed. Because of this, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
change of mind
ordering the wrong size
deciding the print doesn’t suit your space
Please check sizes, finishes, and product details before ordering. If you have any questions, I’m happy to help before you buy.
2. Damaged or Faulty Prints
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, I will replace it at no cost to you. Please email me within 7 days of delivery with:
your order number
a brief description of the issue
clear photos of the damage to the print and packaging
Once confirmed, I will arrange a replacement print or a refund if a replacement is not possible.
3. Incorrect Orders
If I have made an error with your order (wrong print, size, or finish), I will correct it immediately. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. Colour & Display Variations
Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. I work hard to ensure prints match the intended tones and finish, but small variations are not considered faults.
5. Lost Parcels
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
UK orders: allow 10 working days
International orders: allow 20 working days
After this period, I will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement if the parcel is confirmed lost.
