This policy explains how fine‑art prints are produced, packaged, and delivered when ordered through warner‑tatephotography.com or purchased directly from my Stornoway gallery.
1. Production Time
All prints are made to order.
Typical production times:
Unframed prints: 3–7 working days
During busy periods or for larger prints, production may take slightly longer. If there is any delay, I will contact you directly.
2. Packaging
Prints are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Smaller prints are shipped rolled in rigid tubes.
Larger prints are shipped rolled in ridgid tubes.
I take great care to ensure all prints are protected in transit.
3. UK Delivery
Once your print has been produced:
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail or a trusted courier.
A tracking number will be provided where available.
Remote areas (including parts of the Highlands & Islands) may take slightly longer.
4. International Delivery
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Typical timeframes:
Europe: 5–10 working days
USA & Canada: 7–14 working days
Rest of world: 10–20 working days
Customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
UK orders: allow 10 working days
International orders: allow 20 working days
After this period, I will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement if the parcel is confirmed lost.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. I cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Collection (Local Customers)
If you are based in Lewis & Harris, collection from the Stornoway gallery may be available by arrangement. Please contact me before ordering if you would prefer to collect.
8. Damaged Deliveries
If your print arrives damaged:
Contact me within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
I will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
