These terms apply to all photography workshops and 1‑2‑1 tuition sessions offered by Warner‑Tate Photography in the Outer Hebrides. By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Bookings are confirmed by email once payment has been received.
For bespoke 1‑2‑1 sessions, dates are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.
2. Cancellations by You
Because workshops and tuition days require advance planning, travel, and limited spaces, the following cancellation terms apply:
More than 30 days before the session: Full refund or the option to reschedule.
14–30 days before the session: 50% refund or one free reschedule (subject to availability).
Less than 14 days before the session: No refund, but I will try to offer an alternative date if possible.
No‑shows: No refund or reschedule.
If you cannot attend due to illness or exceptional circumstances, please contact me — I will always try to help where possible.
3. Cancellations by Me
Workshops and tuition sessions may be postponed or cancelled if:
weather conditions make the session unsafe
unforeseen circumstances arise
minimum numbers are not met (for group workshops)
If I cancel, you will receive:
a full refund or
the option to transfer to another date
I am not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other associated costs.
4. Weather Policy
The Outer Hebrides are highly changeable. Workshops and tuition sessions are designed to work with shifting conditions, but safety always comes first.
Sessions will go ahead in most weather.
If conditions are unsafe (storms, high winds, dangerous seas), I may adjust the location or reschedule.
